Home School Meeting Fun                           Background Photo at Red Rock Canyon, Nevada

Many times during the weekly seminars we have daytime home school and Christian School meetings.  Contact us if you are interested in holding a home school or Christian School meeting when we are at your church.  Below are photos from home school field trips.

We had a great time with many home school families from the Parsons, Tennessee area digging for fossils at the nearby Vulcan Materials gravel pit.  Everyone found lots of treasures.  Several children found pyritized fossils.

 

 

These photos are from a long field trip to Big Bend National Park and to a private dinosaur dig site in the Terlinqua, Texas area.  We went with two other families from a church in Odessa, Texas.

Pteradactyl Wing found in Big Bend.  The other wing is in the Natural History Museum in Houston, Texas. (which we have seen too.)

The guide is telling us about the mosasaurs they are excavating near Terlingua, Texas.

                                                                              

 

These photos are from a field trip to Foot Print Rock near New Paris, Ohio.  There are footprints in limestone on the side of the highway on Hwy 121 just east of Richmond, Indiana.  We took home school group out there one day.  We also went with the pastor and his family gathering fossils on the side of the road on U.S. Highway 27 just south of Richmond.

Along the side of the road on Highway 27 South of Richmond, Indiana we found lots of sea life fossils.

 

 

 

 

We used to have a traveling museum which housed our fossils.   Many, many school children came into the museum to see our live reptiles and fossils on display.  These photos are from a school meeting in Kalispel, Montana.
